Guest Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your retreat booking, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • The £250 deposit is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made more than 8 weeks before the retreat start date: any additional payments made may be refunded at our discretion, minus the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 8 weeks of the retreat start date are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another guest with prior written approval from the retreat hosts.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, illness, travel disruption, or emergencies.

Host Cancellations & Changes

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us.

We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, including flights, travel, accommodation outside the retreat dates, insurance, or other personal expenses.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat schedule, activities, teachers, or accommodation if necessary.

Travel & Documentation

Guests are fully responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location.

It is the responsibility of each traveller to ensure they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccinations, and any other required travel documentation.

We are not responsible for denied travel, missed flights, delays, or additional costs related to travel arrangements.

Health, Wellbeing & Personal Responsibility

By attending the retreat, you confirm that you are physically and emotionally able to participate in retreat activities, including movement, meditation, workshops, and wellness practices.

Please inform us before booking of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, dietary requirements, or mental or physical health concerns that may affect your participation.

You participate in all retreat activities at your own risk and accept full responsibility for your health, wellbeing, and personal belongings throughout the retreat.

The retreat hosts, teachers, and facilitators are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, or personal expense incurred during or related to the retreat.

Personal Conduct

We aim to create a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all guests. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the retreat without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, or negatively impacts the experience of others.
