Meet your Guides
Helen Pinnock
With twenty six years of experience, Helen is known for her ability to create warm, supportive spaces where people feel safe to slow down, reconnect and experience meaningful personal transformation. Through meditation, somatic practises and restorative wellbeing work - including reflexology - she gently guides groups in to calm, presence and self connection.
James Jackson
With eighteen years of experience, James creates supportive and engaging spaces where people can explore movement, confidence and body awareness in a grounded and approachable way. Through Pilates, Feldenkrais and somatic movement practises, he helps people reconnect with how they move, release unhelpful patterns, and discover greater ease and balance within themselves.

Meditation & Mindful Movement
Start each day with grounding practices including meditation, mindful movement, Feldenkrais, and Pilates to support nervous system regulation, mobility, and deep rest.
Space to Rest & Reset
Enjoy time in nature, relax by the pool, unwind in the peaceful surroundings of Magic Hill, and give yourself permission to truly slow down.
Optional 1:1 Treatments & Coaching
Private Feldenkrais, massage, reflexology, and coaching sessions will be available throughout the retreat for additional personalised support and care.

Our Hosts at magic Hill
Throughout the retreat, Robin and Laeti will be there to create a supportive, welcoming, and nurturing environment so you can fully relax and enjoy your experience. Robin is an NLP coach and massage therapist, while Laeti is a transformational coach, and together they help create the warm, caring atmosphere that makes Magic Hill so special. They’ll be taking care of the space, the energy, and the small details that help guests feel comfortable and at home, with private coaching and massage sessions also available during the retreat at an additional cost for anyone wanting extra personal support.

Fly to Beziers, France. The venue is located just 45 mins away, transfers can be included. (flight cost not included, approx £100)

Arrivals: Tuesday for welcome dinner and opening ceremony.
Four full days of experiences.
Departures: Sunday Morning after breakfast.

Choose from Single or double / twin room or singe single Tipi Accommodation.

Confidence, the retreat is a vegetarian retreat. We can cater for any dietary requirements and must be arranged in advance.

Don’t forget your sunglasses, mosquito repellent, sunscreen and a hat. An extra towel or sarong to hang by the pool is really helpful!
